Location: the hotel was so close to beach and downtown, restaurants behind on the road and the Main Street. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Negombo Beach Park. I really enjoyed the standard queen room which was bright.

I visited to explore local attractions and was pleased with the spacious Standard Double Room that came with a lovely sea view. The rooftop bar offered nice views, although the cocktails could use some improvement. The pool area was a great spot to cool off after a day of wandering, and being so close to Browns Beach made it easy to enjoy some beach time.

The access to the beach was seamless. I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff. The sea view from my room was fine, a highlight of my stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It provided a nice escape.

The room was rather basic and could definitely benefit from some updates.

The j was a great spot for our last-minute getaway! The staff were super friendly and made sure we got a second room at a good rate. We loved chilling by the clean, refreshing pool all day. Plus, the kottu was mouthwatering-a must-try for sure!

The Standard Double Room was spacious and comfy. The balcony view was a nice touch, and the shower had plenty of hot water, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the room could use a little updating. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, though!

The j has a pleasant pool area that's really inviting for lounging. It's also close to browns beach. Food quality was decent, although service could be quicker. The location is convenient for access to local attractions.

The sunbeds and beanbags by the pool are quite dirty, which takes away from the lounging experience. On the weekends, the loud music from the rooftop can leak into the rooms, compromising peace. There are some stray dogs around that, while they don't bother anyone, were unnecessarily chased away, disrupting their comfort. Lastly, the cocktails are overpriced for the quality and left a lot to be desired.

Beach access is easy and my sea view room was fine. Breakfast was the tastiest I had in Negombo! The super nice team and arranged our airport transfers without a hitch.

Wi-Fi could've been faster during peak times.
